Plot: Aliens bearing a twisted resemblance to clowns descend upon a small town to lure its people into their cotton candy web. "Killer Klowns..." achieves exactly what it sets out to be, namely a picture that evokes the campy, sometimes overly-serious(in this case to comedic effect), eerie yet nonsensical nature of 1950's sci-fi movies. Packing some very impressive (and delightful) effects, tongue-in-cheek dark humor, and a gaggle of creative kills, this silly romp will please lovers of b-movies with a strong visual punch.

Gruesome, disturbing, darkly funny, and a perfect balance of comic book and horror movie.
